No, but it is (hopefully) an easy day to remember, plus a special day for your kiddo.  Based on the days that are still available on Sign-Up Genius, you can volunteer for any day that is best for your schedule.

Yes.  We need you there from before drop off until after kids are picked up.  Plan on your day ending at 3:30.

Yes.  Please make this a top priority to get setup as soon as possible.

No weapons of any kind are allowed.  

If you need to take a call, please feel free.  It would be great if you could take it while walking the exterior of the building.

You won’t be reading books or helping with projects.  We simply want you walking the interior and exterior of the building as many times as possible…and you will do it a TON!  So be prepared to count your steps!

We will want you working lunch duty but plan on eating lunch with your kid during their lunch time.

School staff (teachers, administration, etc) have full schedules.  Please refrain from engaging with them.  This includes your friends that are teachers.  Any feedback or ideas should be given to the Gator Dad administrators who sent you an email prior to your volunteer day.

You will check-in and check-out at the front desk of the school.

You need to check in at 7:15 at the front desk of the school.

Gator Dads are not allowed to take pictures and are not allowed to post on social media.

We will not send you the link until after you email us the your Humble ISD background check clearance email.

We do our best to follow Humble ISD's dress code for employees. Please no open toed shoes, no inappropriate  graphic tees, no hats, no tank tops. Pants or jeans are preferred for gentlemen. 

Yes.  If days are still open for sign-up you can register more than once.

No, there is not any training.
